Unknown Fuel Altered at the March Meet, 1965...anybody recognize it?

Yes, somebody did! Ken Finney wrote in...

"The car belonged to Anderson and Hensel from NorCal (San Bruno). Members of the Juggers Racing Team. This shot was shortly after they added the blower.
Bob Hensel was the driver and still competes in NE 1 at the nostalgia races."
